Rashad Nawaz is the Director and Senior Immigration lawyer at Birchtree Law Chambers with over 20 years of experience in UK immigration law. Rashad started his practice with the Immigration Advisory Service (IAS) in Oakington, Cambridgeshire working under grant funding and then a Legal Aid contract. Thereafter he moved into private practice work.
Rashad is a specialist in immigration, asylum, and nationality law, and has a proven track record of success in helping clients with a wide range of immigration matters. He is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly the OISC) at Level 3 registration and is an accredited Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme.
